Love Journey

How We Met

We met the old fashion way, online. Both deciding the other was cute and worth a shot to get off our butts and grab dinner to meet on a Monday evening. Did the first date go well? Three hours of talking at the restaurant later and many more dates after, the rest is history.

The Proposal

Planning a trip in the middle of June, the expectation was not that a potential snow storm could ruin the proposal. Adam found out that was almost the case, while on our trip in Banff Canada, he wanted to go visit one of the many scenic lakes, Peyto Lake. While driving there, you would have thought it was the middle of a January blizzard. Meanwhile I was completely oblivious to what was upcoming. A stressed out Adam and a bit of hiking to a rock landing, overlooking the lake, where the snow was finally starting clear, Adam drops to one knee to ask the easiest question I have ever answered.
